This house in Uzès, a gorgeous medieval city in the South of France, is so typical of French
bastides that it made me feel very, very home sick. Look at this sumptuous raw concrete floating staircase, the use of gun metal grey and inky blue color hues mixed with mineral shades, the textures of these stone walls, the simplicity and minimalist approach to decorating... and these freshly cut olive tree branch bouquets around the house, oh so pretty...
This interior just makes me realize what home and Provence mean to me. I smile while I stare at the beauty of these pictures yet my eyes are filling up with tears as I write these lines... Now that's what I call the power of photography!
